Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with APXY. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial license purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@apxy.dev with your order details
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund
  3. We will process your request within 5-10 business days

3. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are reviewed for the original one-time purchase only
  • The free tier does not require a refund as no payment is involved

4. License Access

One-time licenses do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If a refund is approved, access to paid license benefits may be revoked.

5. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
