By accessing or using APXY ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

APXY is a network proxy tool for developers and AI agents that captures, mocks, and debugs HTTP/HTTPS traffic. The Software is provided as a downloadable binary with optional paid license tiers.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Software or its related services

5. Payment and Orders

Paid licenses are sold through our merchant of record and payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes shown at checkout. Current paid licenses are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APXY and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
